My name is Courtney. I live in Temple, Texas. My 6-year-old son attends Kennedy Powell Elementary, and he was double dosed on his ADHD medication not once but TWICE by three TISD employees. Two of the individuals involved were not registered nurses or had a license in the medical field. I have spoken with the principal of Kennedy Powell, the director of health services and the superintendent of Temple Independent School District. No one has faced any consequences or been held accountable for their actions. I am seeking legal actions against the individuals directly involved and Temple Independent School District.

Please help me get JUSTICE FOR MY BABY!
