Quality of life for Jamie

Jamie was born in 2008 drs said she would not make it through birth 10 yrs ago that was she has fought and defied all odds Jamie has a colostomy bag urinostomy bag imperforated anus no bladder left foot amputation has a prosthetic ,she has epilepsy , her spinal column is stepping stones all the way she is at high risk of scoliosis she only has 1 kidney that kidney is horse shoe shape sits in pelvic region 1x closed heart surgery 1x open heart repair 1x open heart right pulmonary artery replacement and is currently on dialysis 3 days a week due to stage 5 renal failure and is waiting for a kidney transplant.
It is extremely difficult for me to get Jamie around and desperately need a wheel chair accessible vehicle. Her health has a major impact on not only myself but the lives of her 2 sisters, who although they adore her and are completely understanding of her needs, they are very limited in what they are able to do.
The funds raised here will be used to purchase the wheel chair accessible vehicle which will enable me to get Jamie to all her appointments much easier and due to the appropriate transportation her sisters can have a close to normal childhood.
Jamie is getting to heavy for me to carry around post surgeries and when shes tired and this will significantly improve the quality of life for not only her but her sisters also. 
We desperately need this as soon as possible.
