Qualified for NSDA Nationals, proud to represent SC

Hello all,

My name is Cetanaa, and I’m excited to share that I’ve qualified to compete at the 2025 NSDA National Speech & Debate Tournament in Des Moines, Iowa, June 15–20, 2025! I earned this opportunity by winning at our district tournament and will proudly represent South Carolina and my school, Riverside High School (RHS), on the national stage.

Last year, I had the honor of competing at the NSDA Middle School Nationals, where I placed 7th in the nation as a semifinalist in Duo Interpretation and was a quarterfinalist in Declamation. That experience fueled my passion, and I’m so proud to now return at the high school level.

The estimated cost for travel, lodging, and tournament expenses is around $1,400, and I’m seeking support to help make this incredible opportunity possible.
