This GoFund is set up to support the victim of a hate crime that occurred this Monday after Pride in NYC. Early Monday morning, after coming home from NYC Pride, we were on the subway when an aggressor came in the car and starting yelling deeply disturbing homophobic slurs. The aggressor then targeted the victim with slurs and violence, eventually stabbing the victim. The victim was treated at the hospital and is expected to recover. However, words cannot explain the pain and trauma that this caused. All the money raised will go directly to the victim to support their emotional, financial, medical, and physical needs during this time.
