On Monday, January 24th, my mother-in-law, Leslie Seibert suffered a fall on a set of icy, concrete steps, resulting in several broken ribs, a lumbar compression fracture, a small right pneumothorax (puncture to her lung), and two spinal fractures.

 

Once released from the hospital, she will be under the care of family until she can make a full recovery. Recovery times vary depending on the person, but until she heals and can become self-sufficient again, she will be unable to work.

 

Leslie is a dedicated server/waitress, and depends on her paychecks and tips. We are asking for ANY contributions towards rent and utilities that will help her get through this period of recovery and lighten the financial burden, so that she does not have to stress about losing her home and her 3 beloved dogs during this time.
