Suffering with a painful disease.

Have been in the Hospital 34 days and just had a 3.5 hour long Major Surgery of part of my Colon removed. I have had Internal bleeding which has required me to have numerous blood transfusions. My blood Count is still very low at a 7 and normal is 14-26.. My blood sugar is also dropping to 40 and needs to be over 100 . I am battling a disease Ulcerative Colitis and I’m required to have Intravenous Infusions that I cannot afford my portion after insurance pays because I’m on a short term disability for 6 months and it does not pay good at all. I barely get my rent paid being a single mom of three with no child support. These Infusions help keep me from not being sick all the time. They keep me out of the Hospital and No more Surgeries. So if you guys could please help me I would appreciate immensely!!
