The holidays are meant to bring cheer and emphasize spending time with our families. Unfortunately, Amber recently received a disheartening diagnosis that she has breast cancer. The good news is that it was caught early, and the doctors recommended that she remove the cancer cells as soon as possible. She is scheduled to have surgery on December 1st. The recovery from her surgery will be tough and requires her to take a long time off work. Nate will be taking some time off, as well, so that he can help Amber do the things that she is unable to during the next few weeks.

To help ease the financial stress, especially during the holidays, it would be so wonderful if friends and family could help out.

Another way to help is by providing meals for the first couple weeks in December. Items that could be frozen/refrigerated and reheated are best.

And, of course, and so importantly, your prayers are requested for a quick recovery.
