QTU Members and Officers - Adriaan’s flight costs

Queensland Teachers’ Union activist and  local Barcaldine teacher Adriaan Greyling suffered a serious spinal injury in September 2020 and is currently receiving treatment in Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital’s spinal unit.

The QTU has been able
to provide a relief grant to Adriaan to assist with some of his living expenses whilst in hospital but more than anything else he needs the support of his family.

That is why we are raising funds to assist with the costs of flights so that his children can visit him in hospital more regularly.

Adriaan is a workplace delegate, member of The QTU Central Queensland Area Council and a delegate to QTU State Conference for the Central Western Branch. Please consider donating to help our Union brother out during this challenging time.
