On August 25th, shortly after Mr. and Mrs. Sanchez's grandchildren headed off to their first day of school, the elderly couples lives changed forever. Their home caught fire and everything inside was lost. Thankfully both of them along with their youngest granddaughter (whom they babysit) were able to escape without injury.

There is so much to do, it's overwhelming to know where to start.... The Sanchez family is grieving the loss of their home and trying to imagine the steps forward. They're beyond grateful for our community and firefighters who have already stepped forward with love and generosity. Many thanks in advance for the funds you can offer toward clean-up and starting a new life.

As a community, it is my hope we can reach our goal and help our neighbors in need! They didn't have insurance, so chances of doing this on their own is not realistic. Please consider giving what you can.
