Family, Friends, Fort Mill Natives, kindhearted strangers,
Our Friend Keith “Petie” Chapman needs prayers, love, and some financial assistance. In October 2023, he fell ill and went to the doctor. At this time, he was informed he has a mass in his stomach. After many Doctors appointments and tests, in January 2024 he was diagnosed with Stage 3 Adenocarcinoma Stomach Cancer. More Dr appointments, more tests in February 2024, he was informed the mass is inoperable. Pete starts an aggressive Chemo 2/27/2024 and will continue every other week for 3 months, in hopes of shrinking the mass enough for surgery.
Pete is a Family Man who loves spending time with his Family. Pete has a wonderful wife, a daughter, and a son. His daughter, who still lives at home, just started college in August and is studying to be a nurse. His son was recently married and starting a family of his own. When Pete is not with his Family he is hunting or fishing. Pete loves to spend Saturdays at the dirt track.
Pete is the sole provider of his family. His wife was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in October 2021. After a long journey going through Chemo, she is now in remission. Although she is on the mend, she still has many doctor appointments and tests to ensure she remains in remission.
This Family is facing the diagnoses head-on, with love and unity they continue to fight, but should not have to do it alone. Every donation, no matter the size, will directly support their immediate needs to reduce the stress of financial hardship allowing him to focus on beating Cancer.
Pete’s spirits remain high, but the road ahead is going to be long, filled with uncertainty and unknowns. Your continued support through donations is greatly appreciated.
Your donations will go toward medical and living expenses. Please, let’s come together for Pete and his Family, contribute if you can, send them positive thoughts, prayers, and love during this difficult time.
We promise to keep you all updated as we receive more information and let you know how Pete is doing.
With deepest gratitude,
