Im the older brother of Matthew Kimmerly who has been fighting and early onset of Parkinsons. I am doing this go fund me for Matthew who recently had his wife leave him with the children and left him fighting and needing the only real thing he lives each day for. The money will be used to help assist with legal retainers and fees to help him fight for his children. The faster the better for the funds as Matthew has been talking with lawyers and applied for legal aid but becausse the wife that left him makes to much they are unable to assist him even thou she fled with the children. This fund raiser for Matt means so much to me bacause Matt underwent 14 hours of brain surgery to try and minimze the early onset of Parkinsons and was doing it all for his family. The surgery was not a sucess and Matt needed a second surgery where he contracted MRSA and went toxic. His wife started telling everyone that he was crazy and dillusional and left him during the Christmas Holidays in and empty house with no children and emptied the bank accounts. This man lives each day for his children and is now in a soon to be custody battle for his children. It would mean the world for me to see this man smie as his life turned upside down not only with the Parkinsons but also the surgeries and the MRSA and now losing his wife, his best friend and his children.

This is not about taking the children from their mother, its about protecting a fathers rights and especially a father with a disability.
