Liam’s Fight

Liam is a strong brave 6 year old boy who is battling a rare autoimmune disease.  Liam gets treatments every 3 weeks to keep him alive. He doesn’t have an immune system. A bad infection could take Liam’s life. He also has a laryngeal cleft that left him with airway issues. He has had  numerous of  surgeries/ procedures, hospital stays, ER visits, tons of bloodwork. Unfortunately our insurance doesn’t cover all of this. We also have to travel 2+ hours away to the hospitals where all of Liam’s  specialist doctors are. Medical bills, parking fees, medication bills keep on piling up. Just one treatment total cost is over $6,000 we have a  huge deductible from that never mind all the medication Liam is on especially his inhalers. My husband and I don’t like to ask for help but right now things are very hard and tight and with bills and a house mortgage and our everyday life bills it’s very stressful to make ends meet.  Unfortunately I can’t work anymore due to Liam’s health we are always at treatment or with doctors appointments or if Liam’s sick I have to be home to take care of him.
