My name is Eric Lambert and I'm a Cancer survivor (I  survived ALL with the PH+) going through severe cGVHD. I have now been declared permintally disabled and wheelchair bound. I can not leave my house without someones assistants with getting in and out of the car. I can not driving because I have no feeling in my legs from my knees down. I am also on oxygen 24/7 so moving in just the littlest is exhausting. I know my family and I have asked so much of all of you , but it is with a heavy heart that we need to ask for more help. This is for a Mini van   that needs to be adapted to needs so that I can drive it safely to get to my doctors appointments. The customizations needed are as follows: the floor needs to be lowered, a ramp installed, tie downs and supports in stalled, and converting to hand controls. This is very hard for me to do, but I must ask for further help in order to get this van. This is going to my friends but if you could share with your friends and family and so on I would greatly appreciate it and be deeply greatful this van will help my family out very much. This van will help me get to my sons school functions and sporting events as well as family gatherings and helping my wife with errands. Thank you so much for you thoughts and prayers.
