Hi my name Tim Campbell i trying to raise money so i can pay my bills a little longer i got hurt 3 ears ago went on workers comp until it ran out i went back to work last August stayed on the job about 14 weeks then came home could not take it after the fall 3 years ago come off the roof at the mall it hurt me really bad my whole left side dose not work right my left leg drags when i walk to far my let arm shakes badly it is very week and i can not lift it very hi my left lower back hurts all the time my whole body get really stiff now they say i have Parkinson’s now and arthritis really bad on top of all that they just started me on night time oxygen i have signed up for SSD do not know how long that will take I have sold everything I own tools shed trailer truck four wheeler everything.i do not know what else to do so i say please help wish i could go back to work that never happing again if you do donate thank you so much and one day i will return the help .God bless you all
