Our Beloved Monique

On the morning of Sunday, January 7th our family's world came crashing down when we learned that my beautiful sister, Monique had unexpectedly transitioned due to a currently unknown cause. It was a surprise to our entire family and devastating to me as I considered that I would never again see my sister with whom I have traveled through this life's journey for most of my years on earth.

Despite the fact that she left under curious circumstances in a local healthcare facility, we find ourselves carrying the additional responsibility to properly attend to her final needs as she left us without the necessary life insurance coverage.

We lost our Mom on Easter Sunday morning in 2011 when Monique and I were very young adults and now Monique has left behind her three young children who she loved very much. We have a long road ahead to help fill the void that she has left in their lives knowing that it can never truly be filled. We are all left permanently broken by this loss.

We are extending this invitation to our circle of family, friends and the larger network of community supporters to help us to accomplish this goal of caring for Monique's final expenses.
