Please help my sister and her family

I've set this up for my sister, Jamelle, and her family (with her permission) because they are in very desperate times right now and out of options. Anything you can do will be helpful. Thank you in advance and God bless!
Jamelle has not worked since March 2020 due to extreme pain and memory issues. So far, she has lost 60 pounds since February 2021 without even trying and no doctor is investigating this. She was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, degenerative arthritis, both palms are numb at all times making her drop things and she has bulging discs in her neck and spine with foraminal narrowing, scoliosis and lordosis. She was diagnosed with chronic liver disease with NASH and fibrosis. Her MS doctor looked at her MRIs of her brain, neck, thoracic and lumbar and says white matter disease but “probably” not MS athough her symptoms really mimic MS. Along with memory issues, she's having problems with speech, focus, constant fatigue, and chronic pain. Medical marijuana is the only thing that works her because NSAIDs are not good when you have liver disease. Narcotics don’t even touch it. But the marijuana makes her more confused and lost than she already feels. When she drives she loses focus of where she is and why. Drives longer than 20 minutes are no longer possible when she's alone. She needs someone with her to keep her focused.
She has identical twin girls who are Autistic and need to go to a special Autism school to help them with their learning and behavior. The school system in Towanda is just horrible and the girls need better. This means they need to move. They have just sold their house and need to be out by the closing of Nov 19th. Her husband, Ed, is still trying to secure a job and a home in the area where the Autism school is, but their finances have bottomed out.
Jamelle was making the majority of their family's money before all of this which has put a huge burden on her husband. Jamelle has been denied disability TWICE even with all her medical problems because she is under 50. She was an RN and up until last year she did home health care and was in school to be a Nurse Practitioner. She had to give up both due to her medical issues. She is awaiting another decision at the end of this month. We pray she gets it this time. There is still no way she can work if she doesn't get it.
Jamelle and Ed have reached out to family near and far to try to help them and we all have done what we can to help, but unfortunately it's not enough. It's with great hope and humility that we ask you all for your help. Please pray Jamelle and her family get the assistance they need and that their girls are able to get the education they desperately need.
