Hi my name is Carlos and I’m doing this go fund to see if I can make it to Cleveland clinic with your guys help. I need a intestinal transplant asap. I was born with spinal biphida and also club feet. With the years things are getting worse I been in so many hospitals that all they say that they can’t help me. I’ve had 81 surgeries already and need probably two more. I also have a jejunostomy for stool and a urostomy for urine. I’m asking for help cuz I have to stay there for a few months and hotel and expense are a lot for me to handle.
