I recieved horrible news that no one would want their family to experience. My father ,his wife, my brother and stepbrother lost everything in a house fire. This is devistating to me as I sit helplessly on the other side of the phone and I can do nothing to take their pain away. My father is retired Army of over 20 years , his wife is a RN and her son and my brother are college students.  We were the first to live in this home and everything my dad worked for was in this home, and lived in those walls. They have nothing but the clothes on their back and I am thanking god they are ok over and over and over . I live out of state and it breaks my heart that not only could I not see them for the holidays they are suffering a great lost into the new year that I myself can not alleviate. I ask for help because I am not able to help solely alone and anything and everything is appreciated.
