Stander for Ben

My son Ben has cerebral palsy. He is non ambulatory and has seizure disorder. He had hip surgery about 1 and half years ago. It is important for many health reasons for Ben to stand safely. Weight bearing builds bone mass and helps with circulation, respiration and digestion systems. We have been trying to get him a static stander to provide these health benefits. We have went through our primary medical insurance and Ben's medicaid. Unfortunately, this type of durable medical good is not covered
We have exhausted all appeals with our insurance. The cost of the stander is $4,800.00. We have many medical bills for Ben and we simply cannot afford this equipment.
