Helping Cooper!!

Cooper went missing on July 26th from his cabin in Cooper Landing Alaska. He’s just a 1 year old guy looking for his Dad, Ryan. Ryan spent a week searching day and night, hanging posters, and posting on every site, with the help
of his family and friends. Ryan never gave up. He didn’t leave except to go get more cloths. There were no real sightings. But Ryan felt that Coop was out there. He followed every lead. It was heart breaking and Ryan and family only hoped that he was not suffering. Last Sunday the call came and the person exactly identified Cooper, but there was an earlier sighting at 5:20 am! We were out walking the beach at Quartz Creek. Someone had Cooper hiding under a house at mile 47 on the Sterling. Ryan ran! He left us all behind and went to get Cooper. When he got there he was told that Cooper was seen running/ crawling under the new home, badly injured. Ryan went under and had a hard time getting Cooper to come, but eventually Cooper managed to crawl to Ryan. Cooper had was nearly dead, vet said maybe 24 hours. His left leg was a compound fracture and he was so skinny with no muscle left. His wound was old. Ryan drive directly to Anchorage Pet Emergency where they were waiting. They took Cooper immediate. He was give fluids and pain meds. They knew he would need to give his left back leg, it was without blood for too long. His blood test say he has had no food in more than 10 days. That dates his injury. Initially it was suspected a trap, but after further exams and test they knew he was hit. They stabilized him, but needed to bring his RBC up. The next night they amputated his left leg at the hip. But Cooper never gave up! He spent 13 day trying to find Ryan. He has nothing left. But seeing Cooper come back to life at first sight was incredible. Ryan and Brooke are doing everything possible to help Cooper recover. The vet bills are oppressive, but never was that going to stop them, not then, not now. Cooper fought too hard to come home. Ryan never gave up. Cooper needs to gain weight as he went from 95 lbs to 50. Once his wound heals Ryan will start taking him swimming at a rehab facility. Cooper will recover! Please help if you can.
