Logan Kay's Road to Recovery

On August 9, 2023, the day after his 23rd birthday, Logan Kay was in a serious accident while driving through North Carolina on his way home to Texas. He defied all odds and survived by pulling himself from the wreckage before first responders were able to get to him. He was immediately life-flighted to the nearest trauma hospital and rushed into the first of several surgeries, as he had sustained major injuries including breaking both femurs and losing his left leg, along with numerous other injuries. He remained in the ICU while the medical staff helped to stabilize him and prepare him for recovery. Just 13 days later, Logan was transferred to a hospital closer to home in Houston in order to continue on his path to recovery. He still has a long road ahead of him, but he has displayed an incredible will to survive during all of this. As you can imagine, there are extensive medical, travel, and other expenses growing. This GoFundMe was created for anyone who would like to help support Logan by way of helping with these expenses.
