Charlie's Angels

Charlie is not feeling his best.  He was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism about a year ago.  We have been treating him with a transdermal medication twice daily since.  He is an indoor/outdoor cat, therefore keeping his meds on schedule has been difficult.  Charlie enjoys long walks to visit neighbors and local greenhouses.  Charlie is more wildcat than domestic cat.  Do not let his pink nose fool you!  We were graced with Charlie about 9 years ago, when behavioral issues forced him to leave his previous owners.  At that time he could only communicate with bites and scratches.  Recently, he has found his voice.  Hearing his purrs has been a gift.  Being a cat about town, he is very active and adventurous.  As a result, it is difficult to administer the required medication every twelve hours.  His improvement is dependent on the success of our chosen course of treatment.  Fortunately there is an actual cure for hyperthyroidism in cats.  Radioactive iodine treatment is highly effective, however, cost prohibitive.  We hope to raise enough money to cover the cost of this treatment so Charlie can live his best life.  Please help us provide Charlie with the best treatment possible to alleviate his condition.  Thank you.
