Your donation goes to Adopt My Heart’s Spay/Neuter grant program for Collin County Animal Services!  Collin County Animal Services does not receive any funding from the county for spay/neuter - they rely 100% on adoption fees and donations.  In order to keep adoption fees affordable we need to help!!
