Please help me save my son!!! He's living in hell

Hello I am reaching out in the most dire of circumstances, my 5 year old son has been trapped and is being sexually abused and molested by his 13 year old older half brother while under his mother's care in another state. I would never in my wildest dreams think I would be saying this, and doing the things I'm doing to try and get him out of this situation. He is still trapped at his mother's house and forced to not only live under the same roof as his sexual abuser, but the mother also cordially allows them to sleep together in the same room at night unsupervised. How could this happen you may ask? The mother has omitted that my son has a father in his life, even though I have partial custody as well as legally being the paternal father and established in the state courts they live in. This has caused an immense uphill legal battle that is quickly depleting not only any savings I have but putting myself in dire financial circumstances for when I can get him back down to me and away from this horrific circumstance, the state however as well as the mother never bothered to let me know any of this had taken place and hid it from me for over 4 months while my son has been suffering and living under the above described conditions. The state not only did this, but they allowed my son to be returned to the negligent mother's custody, and then upon the older 13 year old half brothers release, he's also allowed back into the same home, and every night for the past 4 months, I'm sure has been a living hell for my son and the most confusing time of his life, the absolute horror of all of this I still cannot fathom.

 

 

I am currently filing all the necessary court documents and have hired a lawyer to process this as quickly as possible, however the financial strain is already more than I can bare and am exhausting all my resources thus far just to get my foot in the door to start all of this. Because I've been omitted from all of my son's documents in this state, I have to have the lawyer subpoena every agency as none will tell me what happened directly to my own son without documentation I have to have served to each place and person. This sends the lawyer fees through the roof automatically, on top of the type of case it is being more expensive. I also have to hire and pay for guardian ad litem to advocate for my son, as well as child therapy, and a child psychologist, to bring everything to light in court and have the best chance to fight for my innocent boy since absolutely nobody else is at all. These above mentioned psychologist and advocates all also cost more money. So that means I have to pay to save my son, and if I don't have enough money then he is the one that will continue to suffer and it's not fair or right how these systems work.

 

Help me fight this corrupt system and get justice for my poor sweet innocent baby boy who's done nothing wrong, he only trusted that his family would take care of him and never hurt him, and they've done the complete opposite, I have recordings from when I talk to him and I can here audibly him being physically struck by his older brother, and his mother and brother screaming and cussing at each other right in front of him. He's suffering so badly it breaks my heart into a million pieces and I need help to get him to a better place as quickly as possible.

What if it was your children being abused, who wouldn't you ask for help if you needed to?

 

I am pleading and all of my pride is gone, please help me fight this evil and injustice the only way they allow, and that's by throwing money at it sadly.

 

Lawyer costs $5,000-$10,000

Guardian ad litem advocate for court $5,000-$10,000

Child psychologist and therapist for court $5,000-$10,000

 

Low estimates for costs are between $15,000-$20,000 with travel

 

More than likely this will be closer to $30,000-$50,000 and if I don't have it my son continues to be abused and left alone with his abuser on a nightly basis.

 

No innocent child should be made to suffer like this because a co parent is not financially able to come up with a years salary in a matter of weeks.

 

I implore you to help in anyway even if it's just a share of this link to someone else who may be in a better position to help.
