My name is Jerry Janvier and I am a filmmaker. After graduating from Hunter College with a Bachelor’s degree in Film in 2012, I have been writing, creating, and directing several small projects but this is my most ambitious idea to date.
The film is titled “Delivered” - it is a dark, raw, dramatic piece that asks hard and confronting moral questions. I have a script. I have the cast. I have scouted a location. Unfortunately the only thing in the way of beginning this project is funding.
Creating art can be costly. Actors need to be compensated for their time and talent, equipment needs to be rented, insurance is needed to cover the project from any mishaps, and the beautiful location of this project must be paid for.
With your assistance, we can reach the goal of raising $2,000 by September 2nd, 2018 for the production of “Delivered.” Anything that you can contribute is incredibly valuable and will go directly towards the creation of a project that brings awareness to the broken human beings in our community. If you are not able to contribute, I ask that you spread the word to your network of friends and family.
I thank you for your time, your generosity, and your dedication to art. I promise to give credit to each contributor, though there is an option to remain anonymous. Each contributor who has donated will be sent a link to the film upon completion. I appreciate your consideration.
