Need your help, badly

As some of you may know I am a pretty private person, so this message may come as a shock to you and for that I apologize. After 32 years of marriage Shannon and I are in the final stages of a divorce. Before you speculate there was no wrong doing on either side, it just turns out it was our time. Shannon is currently living in Arizona, and there is no hope of reconciliation. The other part of this story, that will be almost as shocking is that after 13 years of working at the same employer, Essex Property Trust, our employment agreement was separated about 6 months ago, and I am currently seeking other opportunities. Now that brings me to why I need your help. After Shannon left (about 2 years ago now) I stayed in my home of the last 20 years. With the separation of employment I have no income coming in, and I am nearing the depletion of my savings, coming about 45 to 60 days from losing my home. Many say sell, which it may come to that, but after 20 years in the same house it just isn;t that easy. I have approximately $440k in equity in my home, but I don't have access to that equity right now.. While I may need to sell in the next 3 to 6 mo because I owe Shannon half that equity, but I can't refi right now because I'm not employed, so may need to sell. At the moment though I am moving forward as if I will be able to refi and will find a job. That said I don't have enough in savings to keep my payments on a monthly basis current. I am therefore trying to raise $30k in income to be able to cover my living expenses for me and my son, Kelsey/ Thank you for yoiur consideration
