HELP KEEP OUR FAMILY TOGETHER

On June 6, 2025, my father Gregorio M. was taken away from my family along with 2 of my uncles while working at Ambiance Apparel. It is truly heartbreaking to have the same imagine engraved in my head playing over and over. Him getting chained up like if he was a criminal and it’s been the most traumatizing situation to have witnessed. Even with so many emotions and thoughts crossing his mind as he was being chained and cuffed he held his head high assuring me that it would all be okay. He begged me to remain calm as he watched how our world broke apart. I know no one can see my father the way my family portrays him but this scenario and how he handled it speaks volume. He did not run, he did not cry, he did not resist. He got up like every other day to work and provide for his family like he has been doing it since he was 13 years old. He never got to experience what being a child was like but maybe that’s what prepared him to be the amazing father he is. His patience, kindness, strength and memories is all I am left with. Never did I think this day would come.

That morning i got to kiss him and hug him goodbye before he left to work. We were preparing to celebrate my sisters birthday that day, to find out that he would not make it home. I wish i would’ve hugged him a little longer. Heard his voice a little longer.  I need my dad , my family needs their grandpa, dad, uncle , son and husband.  

My dad and along with both of my uncles deserve justice , they have been in the US for more than 20 years working hard for a better future. It has been very hard to keep in contact with them as they are continually transferred.
