On October 27, 2015, we lost a dear friend, Cousin and Uncle, Donald F. "Tre" Green III.
Never knowing the correct words or actions when losing someone too soon, our hearts reach out to those left behind who feel the loss most.
The collective "cousins" have decided that this would be the best way to do something positive and to celebrate the life that touched so many of us and to support our cousin, Tre's son Donny, in something that means a lot to him.
Donny lives in Providence and has been active in the cycling community for years. He is the coach of the ONE Providence Cycling team and volunteers his time and energy to this noble cause.
One Providence Cycling is a club cycling team for the high school students living in or attending school in Providence, RI. Sustainability, Health, Unity.
One Providence Cycling is a non profit. Its only goal is to get more inner city young people interested in competitive cycling and promote a healthy new lifestyle.
Their Mission:
To get the youth of Providence out on bicycles.
