Family move Title co. will not help

Donation protected
My name is Chris Zeller.  I am married to my wife Kris.  We have four young boys Peyton (12), Ethan (11), Jaden (9), and Rylin (6).  I am a coach at Montgomery Jr. High as well as the Pastor of Dacus Baptist Church.  In December of 2013, my family and I purchased a 2 acre property next door to the church I pastor.  It was and is everything we have been looking for.  In 2014, we had the property cleared and a driveway put in.

In March of 2015, we moved in to our new double wide mobile home that we had put on the property.  In July of 2015 a former county commissioner came to our house saying he was here to investigate for a friend.  He said she thought we were on her property.  I showed him the Title, closing documents, Tax receipts, and Survey of the property.  He said he thought we had everything in order and left.  In August we received a letter from an attorney saying he thought we better check with our title company about the property.  I went in to the title company to check it out.  They said the lady was crazy and that we had the correct deed.

In September of 2015, we received papers notifying us that we were being sued for being on the property.  The title company says they are not responsible because of using the land as collateral for the loan on the house.  Come to find out, the title company gave us title documents that labels the property incorrectly but has the proper legal description of the property we did buy.

Now we are being told that the mistake is not our fault but we must take the blame.  The lady suing us wants us off the property, driveway removed, septic tank off, water lines removed, electric pole moved, Water meter moved, House moved, barn moved, fence moved, and trees replanted to restore the property back to original state.  The estimates to do this come in around 50,000 – 60,000. The lawyer we have suggests we move quickly to avoid this going court.  If it goes to court, she wants the house, barn, fence, septic, electric, water, driveway, to all stay, $100,000 for the destruction of her property, and back rent to be named at the time of court for the year we have lived on her property.
