Dear Friends,
Lisa has been so strong and quiet about all that she suffers. It is time her story is shared because she needs help. She needs to know she isn't alone and that the love she has spread will come back to her two-fold.
Lisa Primpas Nash is a ray of sunshine to all who have had the privilege to know her in their lives. She has such a positive, happy attitude regardless of the situation presented. She welcomes people in, meeting them where they are, kind and non-judgmental. She is feeling isolated and alone, suffering quietly from 3 car accidents she has been in, unable to work. Here is some of her story...
Michael Heinricher lost his job after her first cervical fusion surgery (disks in her neck were fused together to help stabilize her neck and stop the pain caused from the car accident) and the loss of his 1st brother, Joe, in March 2016. Lisa lost her job in April of 2017, a month before Mike lost his second brother, Mark. All while still in the midst of dealing with a continued neck injury that worsened as a results of the 3rd car accident that occurred 11 months after the 2nd car accident. Lisa suffered in 3 car accidents within 4 years. None, her fault. Two rear end collisions within 11 months.
Lisa has many things seriously wrong with her neck, affecting her brain and CSF flow, including craniocervical instability, multi-level instability, cerebellar tonsillar ectopia, and centrally mediated pain. She is unable to stand up right without unbearable pain and is completely dependent upon Mike to help care for her. Mike is only able to work odd jobs in between doctor's appointments.
Lisa is currently living in NY at an Airbnb which is close to the only doctor that has given her any hope for healing. She is living off of credit cards. The only treatment that was providing her any relief is not covered by insurance. Her medical bills are insurmountable. The doctor has recently discovered in an MRI that her medical device has failed and needs to be replaced. She will need surgery to fix it.
Lisa has spent all her money trying to keep up with her medical expenses. Let's rally around Lisa and show her she isn't alone in this fight to get her healed and back on her feet. Lisa needs to know that she is loved and not forgotten. Please won't you donate to help her?

** My name is Michelle Cowan, along with Karen Murray we have helped to set up this fundraiser to benefit Lisa and Mike directly. The money is needed to help pay for Lisa's medical bills, her upcoming surgery and the airbnb that they are staying at to be close to her doctor. We are also hoping that this fundraiser can help offset the cost of loss of work for both Lisa and Mike, who has to care for Lisa.
