Well here I am. I'm working every shift I can through staffing agencies and doing various odd jobs. My other half busts her tail night and day working 10 hour days for the public school system in special education and also picks up shifts through a staffing agency when she can. We don't live lavishly and are as frugal as we can be. I was sick for a while (I still am but doing everything I can to heal quickly) and not able to work and then had some major personal issues that set us back in a big bad way. Now we are making money and doing well again but have gotten so far behind we can't overcome it. We share a car and it has had so many issues we probably have spent more fixing it than we would having a car payment. We found out last month that we are probably going to be evicted at the end of this month. We had been paying late and communicating but now they want late fees for everything paid before they will renew our lease. Last month a very generous friend of ours and his parents lent us enough money to pay what we thought would be enough and unfortunately it wasn't. Then we learn that our electric will no longer work with us because we have been late so frequently that they want a 450 deposit paid immediately to keep service active. On top of other bills and day to day expenses we are completely tapped out. It is a nightmare and we don't know what to do. We work and work hard but we need help getting back to normal. This is why I'm doing the ridiculous and asking for help. We need help. A loan. A gift. Anything at this point helps. This is incredibly embarrassing and emotional for me but I have run out of options. I know it is hard and tight for everyone right now but if you have a spare 5 dollars I promise you it won't go to waste. We could also use food but with our work schedules it is hard to get to the food banks. (Update a good friend got us food we are covered for a while. Thank you Rachel) If you read this I appreciate it even just for being concerned enough to read this. If you can help thank you and if not keep up the good fight and we hope things get better for everyone. We just need a little push to get over the hump. Please share if you can. Thank you for any help you can provide.
