Retainer for lawyer

Some know I don't have full custody of my 9 year old son, Kevyn. I've been trying to save for years but having 3 other kids hasn't made it easy. Recently Kevyns dad became violent and is currently in jail, I won't go into details but I have Kevyn and have a Protective Order for him against his dad. I've found a lawyer but the retainer is outrageous. I need help. Kevyn does not want to go back to his dad. I've already got him enrolled in school and getting the right medical help and he's already shown alot of improvement just being out of the toxic environment his dad put him in. If you can help, great, if not just simply share and say some positive words for me and my boy as we battle through this.
