Count it all Joy

At the end of October, Joy began having a mild fever that persisted for over a week. After ruling out several things, her blood work greatly concerned her pediatrician and she was sent to Comer Children's Hospital in Chicago for evaluation. Following more tests, it was confirmed that Joy has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), a fast growing cancer that starts in the bone marrow and invades the blood.
Joy will undergo an aggressive chemotherapy regimen for the next 6 months along with other treatments in the coming years. Her team of oncologists at Comer say it will be a long road ahead toward a cure.
The Arseneaus need help with the added medical and other related expenses during this time. Anything would help them as they start this journey with Joy toward recovery.
Cancer cannot steal her Joy!
