Memorial for Lorraine Sharpe

11/8/24 Update: Hello- I heard from Lorraine's family that the funeral costs are around $6,000. We decided to increase the goal to 10,000 so that after the funeral is paid for, there will be some money left to start a savings or investment account for Lola. Hi, my name is Donna Devins. I have worked security in downtown Birmingham for over 20 years. This is my friend and co-worker Lorraine. We have known each other 6 years. I think the world of her and was very sad to hear she has advanced cancer in her breast, liver, and stomach.

I began this fundraiser to help Lorraine with her bills. But sadly, she passed away November 3, 2024.

Lorraine was a single Mother, and a dear friend. Her daughter, Lola is ten years old and will now grow up without the love and support of her Mom.

If many come together, and support this child in her time of need, then we will make a big, lasting impact on this life.

Please support the memory of my friend and her little girl today.

All of the money raised will be divided-- Half will go to Lorraine's family to help with funeral and related costs. The other half will go into a savings account for Lola.
