I along with family and friends am raising money for this young family who is very dear to my heart.  Dominic has battled glaucoma most of his life and lost the vision in one eye. But he never let it deter him from being a great Father and Husband.  Unfortunately last week he was presented with a serious diagnosis of Uveitis. Currently Dominic has lost all vision in both eyes with no time line for when it may be restored. The specialists in Bakersfield have done all they can and have Decided Dominic’s care needs to be transferred to a specialist in San Francisco  for an emergency surgery on his eye. With this surgery there is no 100% guarantee that his vision will be restored. The doctors have stated that it will be weeks possibly months before we know if he will regain his sight.  Nicole his wife has been the sole provider during this time given his health. She will have to miss work in order to travel with him to UCSF. They have two little girls Alexis and Madison and a baby boy due this summer. This will be a long road for them possibly several months with mounting costs of co payments, deductibles, travel and housing. Any help is appreciated and lots of prayers for a full recovery.
