The Long Family

We are raising money for a dear family in need. In April 2018, Ashley was suffering with a lot of body pain that resulted in a trip to the ER.  While in the ER the physicians told her that she could possibly have meningitis. A physician then attempted, multiple times, to perform a spinal tap to test for meningitis. The spinal tap was unsuccessful, leaving Ashley's back extremely bruised, with holes that are still visible on the skin. She was then sent to have a guided spinal tap at the hospital, with negative results. Immediately after the guided spinal tap, she experienced extreme pain that radiated into her hips and she was unable to feel her legs and feet.  Since this all started Ashley has continued to have excruciating pain and numbness in her legs that cause her the inability to drive, walk unassisted and perform everyday tasks. She has experienced multiple falls, dizziness and weakness due to her condition.  Physical limitations and pain require Ashley to need assistance in her home daily. She continues to see multiple specialists to help her cope with the pain/numbness. The doctors continue to run  tests since diagnosing her with clonus. Multiple physicians have taken her out of work since her spinal tap and continued pain/numbness causing financial stress;  therefore, her family and I are reaching out to ask for help with their finances and medical bills.
