Raising money in memory of my Grandad.

This Year I will be taking part in running half a marathon!

I am Raising money in memory of My grandad Dave who we sadly lost in the June of 2024 to a long ill condition (COPD).

My Grandad was a curry lover, Tour De France Follower, had a passion for music and was full of life right to the very end so running this year in his memory is something I want to do to show my love for the man he was.

With Eric Clapton, Neil Young and James Taylor in my head phones I’m sure he’ll be with me every step of the way!

This is my second Time running ‘The Great North Run’ with the first time being in memory of my baby sister Anabelle in 2022.

I have Chosen this Charity to raise money for people living with COPD which will hopefully help individuals whom it affects. Along with the families that support their loved ones whilst struggling with this horrid disease.

My Grandad was the greatest man I knew and the life he lived is a life only some of us dream of.
