Late in the evening on July 27, 2022, we received the horrifying news, that Heaven had gained a new angel by the name of Ruben Medina.
As many of you know, Ruben has been battling with mental illness for the past few years. His fight to overcome his daily struggles will never be forgotten. On behalf of his parents, I am setting up a Go Fund Me page for any help they may need. Mental Health can feel like an isolated endeavor - and I want to ensure Ruben’s parents know, they are not fighting this loss alone!
Ruben was a young man who loved his family deeply. His laughter was contagious, and his smile could light up a whole room. For many, he was the one call when you needed it most. He believed that family meant everything and that friends were there for life. Unfortunately, Ruben lost his battle to Mental Illness on Wednesday evening. He is survived by his loving parents, sisters and brother who will appreciate any support at this time.
