Raquel and Ricky’s Journey to Parenthood!

So a lot of you may or may not know my beautiful sister in law, Raquel Alonso’s story but for those that don’t know then here it goes.

Her story dates back to 2016 when she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Thankfully for early diagnoses and a great team of doctors she was able to have her cancer removed but in the process had 90 percent of her cervix removed as well, leading to multiple procedures and 4 years of infertility. Raquel and Ricky have been trying  to grow their family since then and now after trying for so long naturally and spending a lot of money on fertility doctors and consultations on what to do next. They have decided to proceed with IVF which is not covered by insurance and if anyone is familiar then you know just one round runs anywhere between 20k-35k.

They have already began the process and we speak about it all often and I really thought this would be a great help to remove some of the financial burden as she also needs to be in good health which means as little stress as possible for this to work and be successful of course with a lot of other things but I am asking that you help with anything you can as Raquel and Ricky begin this journey.

I will be keeping everyone posted on their journey as best I can and as much as I can while also respecting their privacy.
