Emergency Car Repairs

I am not someone who asks for money, especially from strangers but this is a very desperate situation. My car sustained some damage recently and the cost to get it repaired is more than I was initially told. It's not enough to get coverage from insurance, but more than I can afford out of pocket. This car is my lifeline right now and the only reliable method of transportation I have; as I have recently let go from my job, this is particularly a problem as I require consistent and reliable transport for any future jobs due to the area I live in. While it doesn't look like much damage on the outside, it is not considered road safe by my mechanic due to sensor issues and I cannot risk further damaging it while driving.

I'm not asking for the repairs to paid by you, the public, in their entirety; but just enough that the cost doesn't drain my remaining emergency funds completely. Thank you for any help you can send me, it is truly a life saver.
