On April 28, 2025, our world changed forever when our brave 4-year-old son, Joshua, was diagnosed with T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Despite the many challenges he faces, from the intense chemotherapy treatments to the painful lumbar procedures, Joshua’s infectious smile, boundless joy, and heartwarming hugs have been a constant source of light. His ability to make others laugh, even in the darkest of moments, has been nothing short of miraculous.

For the past six months, our family has managed as best as we could, relying on the support of loved ones, regular clinic visits, and countless trips to the hospital to manage fevers and complications. Joshua has remained strong, even as his body faces the harsh realities of cancer treatment. We’ve been playing the roles of caregivers, drivers, and cheerleaders for Joshua, all while doing our best to keep his spirits high and ensure he gets the nourishment and comfort he needs.

However, in recent weeks, Joshua’s condition has taken a toll. His little body is struggling with unexplained inflammation, pressure, and skin irritation. Our doctors are working hard to identify the cause and provide relief, but we are facing new challenges. In the coming weeks, we will need to take Joshua to see a hepatologist in the DFW area to assess and treat his liver, which has added another layer of uncertainty and medical expenses to our journey.

This fund has been set up to help our family cover the unforeseen costs of travel, treatment, and the emotional and financial strain that comes with being far from home, away from our support network. As we continue to fight for Joshua’s health, we humbly ask for your support.
