Help Us Honor Our Beloved Father with a Beautiful Farewell

Dearest friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I first would like to start off by thanking you for visiting our father's campaign to raise funds to help cover the costs associated with his funeral and memorial services.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved father, Chukwudi Celestine Ofomah, known to many as "Oba." After nearly a decade-long battle with Diabetes and its related complications, Oba has passed away on the evening of August 29, 2024. This happened in Nigeria, FCT Abuja in Gariki hospital.

He is survived by his incredible wife Ogochukwu Antonia, devoted children Chinyere Sandra, Chidera Jessica, Chukwudi Celestine Jnr., Nmesoma Cherish, and Kamsiyochukwu Richard, as well as his cherished grandchildren Adika & Emelie Ogbodo and Jidenna & Chukwudalu Akpoveya. Oba was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend, whose strength and support touched all who knew him. Our goal is to honor his memory with a farewell that reflects the incredible person he was.

Sadly, the unexpected nature of his passing has left us unprepared to cover the financial costs of the funeral and memorial services. We are reaching out to friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals who knew our father or have been touched by his influence to help us give him the farewell he deserves.

As a family, we have created this fundraiser to support the memorial and funeral services and to alleviate the financial burden we now face.

This campaign is for everyone who knew and loved our father, as well as anyone who feels moved to support our family during this difficult time. We deeply appreciate any contribution you can make. Your generosity will help us navigate this challenging period and celebrate the life of an incredible man.
