Help Jessica Rebuild After Devastating Fire

Hello everyone,

My name is Jessica, and I live with my dad, who raised me as a single father. Tragically, last night, our home burned down, and we lost everything we owned. This has been an incredibly difficult time, especially as I’m expecting my baby girl, due on September 22nd.

Along with all of our belongings, everything I had prepared for my baby: her crib, stroller, car seat, diapers, and more, was lost in the fire. We also lost irreplaceable memories, including childhood photos and special items that belonged to my dad.

While I am deeply grateful that both my dad and I are safe, the emotional toll has been overwhelming. I’m doing my best to stay strong for the sake of my baby, but the reality is heartbreaking. For now, we are staying in a hotel, but with my daughter arriving soon, I won't be able to work. I need to replace all of her essentials: clothing, diapers, a stroller, a car seat, and more. On top of that, our home will need significant repairs before it’s livable again.

My father is my only family here, as we lost my grandmother and uncle this past year. We are essentially on our own, trying to rebuild after this devastating event. Any help, no matter how small, would mean the world to us as we try to gather what we need for my baby and begin the long process of restoring our home.
