On February 11, 2025, Juan Santiago passed away after a long struggle with health issues. Juan was the beloved husband of Luz Carrasco, a valued member of our CSPD family. Luz began her career with CSPD nearly a decade ago as a volunteer, later joined our records department, and most recently transitioned to working in code enforcement at City Hall. Juan leaves behind their three children: Johnny, Aubrey, and Hallie. In this difficult time, we are raising funds to support the Santiago family. Thank you for your generosity and support!
