Help Rebuild After Hurricane Helene's Impact

My mom is experiencing the devastation of Hurricane Helene and lost her new condo, car, and all belongings to the flooding. It was a terrifying 24 hours not being able to contact her or know if she was safe as the flood waters rose. When we were able to reunite, she said, "It's just stuff," but it will take her a while to rebuild.
