Imagine having to face the fight of your life not once but twice in a lifetime. Less than ten years ago, after a routine exam and subsequent follow-up, Anisha, a 40-year-old mother and educator, received a devastating diagnosis of one of the most aggressive forms of breast cancer. She put on her boxing gloves and fought valiantly until she knocked that cancer out. What a win!! Unfortunately, cancer is a bully that just won't quit. Doctors recently discovered that Anisha will have to fight stage 4 stomach cancer. Anisha is determined to win her fight once again. In her corner are her 2-year-old son Bradley, her parents, sisters, extended family, church family, sorors, countless friends, and colleagues in the Shelby County School system.
