We are trying to raise funds for our friend, and for many of us our wonderful trainer and spin instructor, Jen Miles.  She has suffered from gastroparesis since childhood. Recently after four decades she found a doctor who diagnosed the disorder. In September of last year the doctor proformed surgery trying to correct this problem.Unfortunalty she suffered severe complications. She had to be rushed in for emergency surgery. Followed by a 30 day hospital stay. Although she wasn't better she was discharged from the hospital because insurance would not pay to keep her in the hospital longer. Jennnifer had a G-tube implanted because she is unable to eat without throwing up. Her only source of nutrition is given through her G-tube. She has had three surgeries since leaving the hospitol in December. The surgeries did not help as hoped. She is still unable to eat without throwing up. She has gone for a second and third opionion and is now going to Florida Hospital for further testing and treatment. Since all of this occurred Jen has not been able to teach her fitness classes that she loves so much. Since she has been unable to work since November she has bills that are piling up and continued medical expenses. On top of this she has to pay for her nutrition for her G-tube that is $350 a week.  She has lost 40 pounds since November and is under medical and financial stress. We pray for her recovery and medical intervention. In the immediate she needs financial support for her nutrition and doctors bills.
