Hi, my name is Liz Powell and many of you know that my husband, David Powell was recently diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer that has spread to his liver and only has anywhere from 3 to 15 months to live. We have recently signed up for disability benefits for him and he has been approved but we are not sure exactly when they will take affect as it could still be a couple of months. At this time I am working but only part time due to what is going on with him so we are doing this fundraiser to try to help with some of our bills that are coming up and with the holidays right around the corner things have been just really tough for us, we are not asking for a lot. Just some help to get through and to also help him complete his bucket list until we can get his disability. We are the type of people that don’t like to ask for help but in this time of need with everything going on we will appreciate anything we can get. This whole experience has humbled us and we are extremely gracious for each and everyone of you. Thank you again
