This 22 yr. old left college in her 3rd year. She has Pulmonary Fibrosis and needs double lung transplant.
The 1st mortgage foreclosed and is trying to sell the home she was born and raised in.
The child cannot be moved. It could mean her demise. The mortgage company has denied all offers.
Moriah and her family need time in the home of 23 years. Her mother was diagnosed with Multiple Scerlosis a year prior.
Moriah is now 80 pounds, confined to a wheelchair and on 24 hour oxygen which must be plugged directly into a wall outlet.
The home has been set up to accommodate all of her needs.
There is a new sale date in 2 months which we anticipate will be the urgent recovery time for Moriah from her double lung transplant.
The only way the Lender will stop is if they are paid in full.
