Hope for Howie #HopeforHowie

Dear Friends and Supporters, 

I'd like to introduce you to my incredible neighbors, the Kreiswirth family. Howie, a father of three (triplets) and husband to Suzanne, is currently facing a life-altering battle against a rare form of Low Pressure Hydrocephalus which is the aftermath of having Cryptococcal Meningitis. This has been an incredibly challenging journey for him and his family, has been going on for almost a year now, and I decided it’s finally time to reach out to you for help.Howie's story is one of immense courage and strength. Not only has he been in and out of the hospital too many times to count but Howie has undergone five brain surgeries and 3 external drains in his fight against this relentless disease. Despite the odds stacked against him, he continues to display unwavering determination and resilience with his family by his side.

Right now, Howie is in the hospital once again. The medical bills and being down to one income has been a financial burden on his family. To make matters even more challenging, his wife, who has been a pillar of support throughout this ordeal, should be able to be by his side during this critical time. Suzanne, Howie’s wife, has been working, having no choice, for she is presently their only source of income. 

We believe that no one should have to face such a devastating illness alone, nor should they have to choose between their health and financial stability. That's why we're launching this GoFundMe campaign to rally around Howie and his family, and lift them all up in love, support, and prayers. Your generosity will go a long way in helping them cover the medical bills and living expenses. God willing, this will also allow his wife, Suzanne, to take a leave of absence from work to be with Howie and focus primarily on him throughout his recovery.
